Age Cymru Dyfed

Age Cymru Dyfed is an independent age-friendly charity that serves the people of West Wales. We are here for older people when they need us. The key objective of Age Cymru Dyfed is to develop and deliver high-quality specialist support services and interventions for primarily older people and their families both at home and in the community.

We campaign, we research and we fundraise to make sure we build a better life for all older people. We ensure older people’s voices are heard, we challenge and change attitudes, we fight discrimination wherever we find it and we tackle elder abuse in all its forms.
