Herefordshire Headway

In March 2020 when Corona Virus struck the UK all our lives were changed dramatically. Over the past three years our service has adapted to the changing needs of our members and the environment we now occupy.

All our activities are designed to support our service users to maintain or develop skills and are evidence based, for example, art workshops and woodwork support those who are assessed as needing input for developing their fine motor skills. Whereas our qualified sports therapist supports those who need input regarding their gross motor skills or balance.

Our activities also support individuals to improve their self-esteem by creating items which they can take home to showcase their skills.
