Salary: 23,425 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Charity Shop Manager to join the team in Bath. If you are a motivated individual with strong retail and management experience and a desire to make a positive impact, this role could be for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the charity shop, including working behind the till, sorting donations, and steaming clothes.
• Lead and manage a team of volunteers and paid staff to ensure efficient shop operations.
• Achieve income and profit targets, while continually looking for ways to promote and grow the business.
• Maintain and manage stock levels, premises, and shop standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a management role, ideally within retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Ability to engage and motivate volunteers.
