Senior Digital Fundraiser – Retention & Development - Maternity Leave Cover (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be

• Writing, building and sending monthly fundraising emails to warm e-supporters
• Creating effective supporter journeys on Engaging Networks
• Optimising performance across e-communications and landing pages to deliver against challenging income, retention, conversion and engagement KPIs
• Working with other Fundraising colleagues to ensure digital aspect is integrated into offline activities e.g Direct Marketing, Telemarketing and DRTV
• Managing our digital data with the Database Manager
• Ensuring our digital data remains compliant by undertaking regular consent communications
• Reporting regularly to Head of Fundraising on e-performance

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Proficient in using Engaging Networks
• Knowledge and commitment to a support-first approach that constantly improves user experience and conversion
• Experience of writing, editing and optimising digital content to create compelling campaigns
• Demonstratable experience of optimising email performance through testing, personalisation and improved targeting
• Knowledge of fundraising regulations, compliance and data protection requirements in relation to digital marketing
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

• The yearly gross salary range for this position is GBP 43,500 – GBP 47,800 (full-time equivalent) according to our internal compensation scheme.
