Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans are seeking a dynamic and proactive Programme Manager to lead a transformational change programme within the Operations Directorate. This pivotal role will focus on driving improvements across the Scottish Braille Press, with an emphasis on resource and capacity planning to support business growth and efficiency. As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for defining and managing the end-to-end transformation process, ensuring that all activities align with organisational goals and values. You will establish clear project objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
You will also oversee process improvement efforts, identifying inefficiencies in current workflows and implementing strategies for optimisation. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will integrate technology solutions to enhance productivity while managing resource allocation to optimise workforce and machinery use. A key part of your role will be leading organisational change management, fostering stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels to ensure smooth transitions.
