Your role will involve providing expert advice and guidance on property acquisitions, disposals, and management within the public sector. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and best practises in property and real estate management.

- Prepare reports and presentations on property assessments and recommendations
Required Qualifications: - Relevant degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field
- Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) is desirable
Experience: - Minimum of 5 years' experience in property surveying and valuation
- Experience working within the public sector or voluntary sector is advantageous
Knowledge and Skills: - Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in property valuation software and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications: - Postgraduate qualification in Property Management or Surveying
- Membership of relevant professional bodies
Working Conditions: This office for this role is based in East London (once a week) with regular travel to various sites within the region. Standard working hours are full-time, with occasional flexibility required to meet project deadlines and attend meetings.
