The Role
As a Donation Centre Supervisor, you’ll be a key player in the day-to-day running of our Donation Centre. You’ll be leading a fantastic team of staff and volunteers, helping us sort, store, and distribute donations across our retail chain. With your energy and leadership, you’ll make sure our Donation Centre runs smoothly, ensuring we have the right stock, in the right place, at the right time. You'll also play a vital role in fundraising for St Luke's, making sure every donation counts!

What We’re Looking For:
We’re after someone with experience in a retail environment and who has taken on some managerial responsibilities. You should be comfortable leading a team and happy to get involved, whether that's training new volunteers, processing donations, or solving logistical challenges. If you’re organized, efficient, and have excellent people skills, we’d love to hear from you!
