We are searching for someone who is excited by managing volunteers, especially museum volunteers in the City of Milton Keynes. The Volunteer Officer recruits, organises and supports the volunteers ensuring that the Museum can continue to grow and develop.
Volunteers are at the heart of all we do. They contribute over £1/2 million pa of their time and ensure that Museum remains rooted in the Local Community. We are looking for someone who loves Milton Keynes and wants to help build something special.
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum depending upon experience
Location: Milton Keynes Museum, near Wolverton
Working hours: 37.5 hours, week to include some regular weekend work. There may also be some cover required out of the normal working hours.
