In this exciting role, you'll be the architect of a thriving youth ministry at City Church. You'll develop creative programmes and events that foster a welcoming and vibrant youth community. Through discipleship, pastoral care, and outreach initiatives, you'll nurture the spiritual growth of young people, helping them grow in their faith and become future leaders in the church and other spheres.

For the right candidate, we'd consider combining Children’s Leader and Youth Leader or Youth Leader and Young Adults leader into a full-time role.

All these roles are part-time (19 hours), offering a competitive salary of £24-£28k pro rata.
