It does not subscribe to one existing model of service provision. Instead it operates in a person centred way by growing and developing services to suit individual needs.
Turning Point Scotland provides services to adults with complex needs including those with: learning disabilities (including Autism and Asperger's Syndrome), mental health issues, addictions (including alcohol and drugs), criminal justice issues, those homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, Acquired Brain Injury and Huntington's Disease.

- Our Turning Point Scotland Service in Leith, Edinburgh is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Administrator, who is motivated to work as part of our thriving and diverse team.
- As our Administrator, you will work closely with the whole staff team to provide a general administrative support including financial administrative tasks.

- Our Turning Point Scotland Services in Glasgow Alcohol and Drug Crisis Service are looking for people like you to help provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.
- As an Nurse, you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives e.g. keeping safe, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.
