Severn Hospice is one of the region’s leading charities, caring for people living with incurable illness, and we are seeking a highly organised and proactive CRM professional to join our Income Generation Team.
Care and compassion are at the heart of everything we do and this includes building meaningful and lasting relationships with our supporters. With your expertise in data and systems management, ideally in a supporter-focused environment, you will be responsible for maximising the best use of our CRM databases to deepen this supporter engagement.
You will play a lead role in developing the strategy to enhance our supporter journey, supporter care and stewardship with a view to increasing life-time value. Your data driven insights will also support the identification of new revenue streams.
With your good understanding of audience and data segmentation, supporter profiling and reporting you will optimise data to advise and support marketing and communication activity.
In your role you will use your eye for detail and passion for accuracy to maintain the integrity of the supporter database and identify system improvements. You will also have a solid knowledge of data protection and will implement processes for effective, secure and compliant integration.
As an effective communicator and a strong and empathetic team player, you will support and empower a team of volunteers, oversee the day-to-day activities of an Information Officer and provide training and development for database users.
