We are seeking Helpline Response Team Advisor to join our team.
The post holder will be expected to receive referrals, input data and contact victims referred to the Helpline by professionals, the public, the police and self-referrals, and provide a pro-active service to all victims of domestic abuse.
The role of as Service Administrator is very varied within Aberlour, you will have general administrative tasks such as financial administrative tasks, ordering office equipment and supporting with our file recording systems.
