Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) Team Leader for Swindon & Wiltshire

- The Swindon and Wiltshire Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) Team Leader is responsible for leading, developing and line managing the ISVA team to provide a high-quality frontline service to survivors of sexual violence.
- To contribute to staff development and professional practice through the staff review and development process to include annual appraisal.
- We offer 25 days annual holiday entitlement increasing to 30 days after 5 years’ service per annum plus bank holidays.
£12.28 per hour

- We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the South West engagement team to support our exciting work with South West communities and colleagues across the locality.
- You will bring experience and understanding of the meaningful involvement of lived experience, working to address health inequities, using a data driven approach to prioritisation and focus of work.
- This role requires extensive travel across South West England to visit people in community and professional settings and will require regular travel outside of the locality for away days, meetings and training.
