We currently have an opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours) Support Worker to join our supported living service in Stokebury House , Amersham, a group of 12 purpose built self contained flats where we provide 24 hour supported living to individuals with Mental Health needs.
As a Support Worker you will follow agreed support plans and risk assessments to ensure that we are providing a service that meets each individual`s needs, supports their aspirations and maximises their independence.
