We are looking to recruit two Family Support Workers, each working 37.5 hours per week; one covering a period of Maternity Leave within the team and the other being offered as a fixed term contract until 31st March 2025.
As a Family Support Worker you will develop a person-centred working relationship with your families, based on a model of ‘VOICE, VALIDATION and HOPE’.
